Unknown figure? (anyone knows series or character?...)

I think the title of the post says all.
some days ago i was looking for some info about spanish shops where i could find GK's (better buy at home , isnt it ? xD) and i found a image of a figure , dont know if its a statue or a Gk ... so maybe anyone of the "forum sages" may know.

It looks 90% like Harpy from Sora No Otoshimono, but I'm almost definite its not (can't find a pic of this on the internet yet though)...I'll take a look around at my usual haunts though for more info on yours...

She does not look like ... she is ._. ... maybe is a statue or another figure made from the same character xD (well , this other figures are so cute too xD)
