Cold, gloomy, overcast day in Texas. No shadows and no reflections. This is how far I got taking pictures outside before it started raining on my "studio".

(I'll just have to break out the lights this Friday and do some proper studio photos of her and Aida Bianca)

At any rate I finished her today (after nearly a year) and I'm pleased with the results so I just had to post something! I'll post more this weekend; time permiting.
Cheers

The detail on her garter, her eyes, and especially the shading of the hair really make her stand out. Beautiful!

Hi Red,
She turned out very well! I think she was well worth the wait. Is the pearl paints you used on her stockings a simular blend of colors that you used on the KIP pink bunny?

Thanks Miho ;)
The stocking color is base coated with the same pearl white on both kits but I custom mixed the pink on pink bunny using pearl medium and pink acrylics with a touch of interference dry pearls. On this figure I used a raspberry and lialac acrylic pearls shot directly on top of the white pearl base. This was much easier to do and gives a different effect.
No pastels were hurt in the construction of this kit! (Thank-You Iwata!)
Dark Cherry Cat is much more vibrant and "contrast-y" in real life while Pink bunny is more subtle and lifelike.
Cheers!
