Even though we all know that there will be an ocean of resin prepaints and pvc figures at most of the events this year... I'm really hoping that I'll see something new and exciting enough that I'll be tempted to pull out my wallet.

In the meantime, I pre-ordered a Colonial Viper MkII from Hobbysearch to hold me over until the photos are posted from winter WF

Oooh, Planes.. Planes are good too. Battle Star Galactica.. Was one show I never quite got into. But that looks pretty awesome

Can't wait to see what it looks like inside the box ^_^

Is that just a repackaged Monogram kit or is it a brand new tooling?

It's the Viper II from the new BSG. You're thinking of the re-released Viper I from the original series :)

... funny, MiM (Monster in Motion) lifted HobbySearch 1999 pic (http://www.monstersinmotion.com/cart/tv-movie-item-list-a-e-c-2_200/battlestar-galactcia-viper-mark-ii-model-plastic-kit-moebius-p-13845)
a coarse search reveals there were actually Galaxy Quest (http://www.megahobby.com/galaxyquestnseaprotectorplastickit1-1400pegasus.aspx) injection plastic kit. Never even knew that... learn something new every day.
