Its gorgeous, Joa - a nice open space with lots of bright natural light. The wood floors are awesome - I really like the pattern. I even spy a modeling bench in the kitchen all ready for move in!

Now where am I going to bunk when I come over to visit?

Hehe...
According to the papers signed we have access from august 1st...
So, well, Filmy (and all other) .. you'll have to wait till mid/late august.
There are quite a few things to take care of prior to the move, such as fixing our current condoe b4 selling it... So, I'll be quite busy this summer with 1/1 scale modeling... :D

We've been living in our new condoe for little more than a month now, and FINALLY I have a hobby room of my own which means no more hiding the kits in boxes in the attic. =)
Here's the *stash corner* .. or "corner of stupidly spent money" (not yet completed as we still have boxes to unpack):

And a better look at the kit stash...

And a close up on some of the show and le specials

Perhaps I should just take'm all out on the floor and take a group pic...¿ ^^´
Meh .. later, perhaps :D

On the work bench right now: Volks' 1/4 Commando

Now that is quite nearly brilliant. That type of setup would please the wife and free up space in the Closet o' Death.
But I've often wondered if the cardboard that model kits are packaged in will burst into flames when exposed to any amount of sunlight.

I believe it is the actual model itself that bursts into flames... even more so if it was a "mint in never before opened box". But then again... I'm not prepared to test this theory :p

Joa, looks like an awesome setup! It was really nice to see those old Streamline Pictures and Geometric boxes... :)

Thank You Very Much for the included gift! I have so been thinking of getting me one of those after I saw the video clip.

Thats very cool looking  I love fireplaces in the fall/winter. What type is it, looks like a gas not wood one. I was hoping to get one for my place this year... The main word being "hoping"

Glad to hear that it made it safe and sound ::thumb

Awesome fireplace! I'd love to have one, but not really practical with a three year old running around

Now that the living room is "broken in"... time to do the kitchen... with another giant cheeseburger pictorial! :D
