I have a thing for odd pets but as of right now most of my pets are rather normal.
Lets see :hmm: first we have our barn cat Bella:

I just got in the mail today Ferrets Magazine and my ferret cage and an article about how I made it was in the July/August issue!
They didn't include my updated wooded bottom seen below but used and older pic with the stock plastic bottom but I'm happy to see it in their especially on 1 1/2 pages :P.

They didn't put in the photo of the updated cage bottom I sent them.. probably didn't want to edit in the extra paragraph I wrote lol oh well, it's still cool to be in there.
I got 1 1/2 pages in the "Awesome Abodes" article.

Except ferrets are not legal to kept as pets in number of states; California is one of them... :( Otherwise they're just the craziest thing. I think the snake is big enough to swallow the ferret whole?

A lot of people are fighting to make ferret legal in CA but I read its a hard battle and they haven't gotten very far. I'm not aware of them being illegal in any other states luckily, since their funny as hell :P.
Luna the snake eats medium sized rats which are about 5 1/2" long. The snakes food shouldn't be much larger around than the widest part of their body

Here's my two cats:

Pip (danish name for "Tweedy")
http://www.krokohunter.dk/stuff/GKJapan/pip.jpg

He's been in an accident, while we weren't at home, so he had to go through surgery, and today lives with only half a tail.

Sylvester (you'll never guess, what that is danish for ;-) )

Here is my kitty Opal. I can't believe that I've had her for 5 years now. A co worker at an old Job found her and I took her in.I have to say she is one of the best things to every happen to me, not to sound cheesy.

An IKEA hack for my kitties! =)

Looks great! And I love the carpet you added to the shelves. Speaking of which ... did you custom cut that top shelf to make it curved? I didn't find a curved one on the Ikea site.

I found that particular shelf at a local hardware store, and it was curved as is.

I wanted to post more work of Rider on my day off, but I lost one of my beloved last night. He was ailing of an intestinal tumor and moved on to the litterbox in the sky. Poor thing didn't even make it to ten. :(
