full metal panic RK-92 plastic kit

I recently saw pictures of full metal panic's soviet RK-91 savage . I was wondering if anyone knows who makes it or were i can get several ???
I have been searching around the web but haven't had any luck .

Are you talking about the Atelier Sai toy? There is a resin garage kit version, but I don't recall seeing a plastic kit. Are you looking for this toy figure?

well i have no idea but after re-reading the page with the pictures i saw its possible that the one i saw was a gashapon and not a kit . The resin kit sounds interesting but the toy in your picture looks sweet . How big is it ?

The toy figure is a tad smaller than a Microman figure you can see a size comparison here (http://ponpokorin.exblog.jp/4100571)

Its a 700 yen toy, but everywhere I checked locally is sold out.

The resin kit looks better, its made by Ougino Suisei Teikoku (http://homepage3.nifty.com/damian/page066.html)
