I have a deal for someone. How about a Silent Aire Scorpion II airbrushing compressor for $150.
This summer my shop bought this compressor for use with an air feature on one of our machines. After using it for about ten minutes we found that it didn't have enought CFM for what we needed, which turned out to be alot more than we thought. So we bought a much larger (loud) compressor to suit our need and put the Scorpion II back into its box.
The Scorpion II is a twin pistion compressor with auto shutoff which mean it comes on when your airbrushing and turns off when you stop. Also like its name it is a very quiet but powerful compressor.
As in the photo the compressor comes with an airhose, regulator/moisture trap and an airbrush holder.
Here are the specs for it off of http://www.silentaire.com/silentaire/scorpion.asp :
Psi @ auto shut-off: 55
CFM @ 0 psi: 1.42
CFM @ max. psi: 0.74
HP-rating: 1/6
Compressor dimensions: 11.0" x 5.5" x 7.1"
Carton Dimensions: 12.6" x 6.1" x 8.1"
Compressor weight: 10 lbs.
Packaged weight: 12 lbs.

That is the exact compressor that I use, and it is manufactured right here in Houston, Texas. It is perfect for hobby airbrushing and solid as a rock!

hmm.. $150 is half the list price and better still it's 1/4 of what it'd cost here.. and shipping would be just ~$35... and I do have a 110V converter...
And I'm dead tired on the one I use today... Tempting...
