Rebuffing the gaming area...

So, we've had this white wall with... nothing on by our computer since we moved here ~2 years ago.

Time to change that I thought, and got the Mrs' approval on a set-up design.

We enjoy gaming the both of us so I wanted to paint something on the wall to reflect that, yet being subtle enough to pass as a cool decoration.
Well, I am a sucker for the Max Payne games. The second one has this really, really neat slipcase with gorgeous b/w illustrations on all sides, a~~nd...
Well, like with our living room decoration (http://www.gkjapan.com/gallery/files/1/3/DSC04874_.JPG), it felt just right.

Enter projector and 2½ hours later:

I'll add these shelves around it + a wide trim with down lights on top.
I just oiled them and set them to dry by my newly reorganized storage cabinets where Felicia finally found a new home:

The Mrs jumped the shelves as soon as I had taken those pics and is now filling them with our since long tucked away games ... ^^

It's a set of 3x 1W super bright warm white LED's, powered by this (http://www.clasohlson.se/Archive/Images/Products/Hi/363059_X_2007-06-26_165258_19.jpg) adapter which is quite flat and hidden behind the HL²-box.
I drew the cables to the socket to be as invisible as possible.

on the second photo, i see you got billy bookshelf from ikea. but you added shelf(for CD's) did you made extra shelfs your self?

@DOJO: the CD insert for the BILLY shelves is an accessory (bought at IKEA), but I'm not sure it is available any longer.
