Default My first humble experiments...

... where Asuka and rei from Evangelion.

a pair in 1/8. I did that about a year ago and after contemplating I will go further along with Ikki Tousen as next subjects

so here they are. brush painted with acrylics.

Personally I find.. 1/8th scale a hard scale to work with. And I've had both of those kits before.. I had them as evil pladoh shit resin kits. That hard brittle evil yellow stuff. Yeah needless to say both of those, later ended up in a landfill somewhere ^_^

Brush painting is a fine and great way to handle painting, one thing I can suggest for later kits in your experimenting.. Thing your paint more.. so ti'll flow better.. will end up less goopy.. Airbrush or brush.. Proper thinning is the ticket to a smooth paint job.


I like the fact, that you got Rei's White.. actually white.. I always seemed to have a hard time with getting that much white to stay.. white ^_^ Keep sending in your works, always good to see whats being done ^_^
