Default Completed: 1/8 Gutts (Berserker armour) from Headlong

A commission I've been working on on and off for 3 months.
Loads of added scratch built details.

For a complete WIP, please follow this link

And as a side note.. these pics were shot out my window with the kit placed on a pedestal, so no photoshop tricks.
I'll add detail shots against neutral backdrops later tonight...

**edit

And here I thought WE were the only ones to put your kits on a pedestal...

Every time I think "there's no way he's ever going to top this one" you always end up creating something special. I still remember the first time I saw your works some 15 years ago while thumbing through Amazing Figure Modeler and thought "wow, this guy has some mad skills". While many are forever locked into the straight "out of the box" type modeling, you are always striving to create something new and innovative. I can't wait to see what the next 15 years will bring. TACK!

for some reason I kept saying "Oh man" and "WOW" (alternating of course) while paging through all those pictures. Even after following your WIP thread I didn't really take it all in until the finished pictures were up. Must look even better in person

Unfortunately I got some very bad news last night.
These pics are the best this kit will ever look as US customs tore the thing to shreds in Chicago, IL...

Ooooh you have gotta be kidding me.. Customs tore it to bits.. Those excuse me, but hearing a peice of work like that.. hell anyones hard work destroyed by a bunch of incompetent jackasses.. Really twerks my tail feathers.

They didn't think it was a bomb Joa.. Trust me.. They took an x-ray.. say metal bits and wot not.. got suspsicious.. opened it, and went wow thats cool.. lets destroy it cause we're a bunch of assholes who get a government paycheck.

I feel bad for your Client.. Lucky we have pictures at least.. .

Can't you file a claim against them?

That's ridiculous!!

Surely there is some way you can claim or sue or anything?! They can't be -that- inept and just destroy a work of art because it has a few wires in it? Surely?
